Avoid damages

To avoid any damage or harm to your Judy Klimek jewelry pieces, please store your jewelry in the pouch you received.  The custom pouch will protect your jewelry from weather elements that can cause deterioration and damage.

Avoid contact with cosmetics

Hairspray, lotions, and perfumes will cause color changes to the finish on your jewelry gems and metals.  Please avoid contact with these cosmetics by applying before you wear your Judy Klimek jewelry pieces and use minimal amounts of these where the body comes in contact with the jewelry pieces.

Avoid contact with water

Avoid water as it can undermine the stones in their settings.  Your jewelry pieces should never be soaked or submerged in water.  Never wear jewelry while bathing or swimming.  Should your jewelry get wet, thoroughly dry off before returning to your storing pouch.  Cleaning agents and polishes should not be used.  A soft cotton jewelry cloth is all that is needed to keep your jewelry pieces clean and lustrous.

Warranty & Repair Coverage

Under normal wear, Judy Klimek will repair any jewelry pieces free of charge within 1 year of purchase.

Repairs covered at no charge:

1. Restringing
2. Replacement of broken clasps
3. Adjustment of necklace length

Improper care or damaged jewelry may require additional charges.  Judy Klimek will make every attempt to match lost or broken gemstones.  Due to the fact that Judy Klimek necklaces, earrings and bracelets are typically one-of-a-kind, matching may not be possible.  Judy will choose to substitute gemstones of equal or greater value.

Repairs with an additional charge:

1. Broken or lost gemstones
2. Discolored gemstones from perfume or other cosmetics
